The Arizona Cardinals have now released their second official injury report of Week 14 ahead of their Sunday home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Thursday offering shows two new additions to it based on the one the team released on Wednesday.
Not practicing again on Thursday for the Cardinals was defensive end Jonathan Bullard (hamstring) and he’s since been placed on the team’s Reserve/Injured list and thus is out for the remainder of the season.
Cardinals center A.Q. Shipley (illness) was added to the team’s injury report on Thursday after he failed to practice earlier in the day.
Limited in practice on Thursday for the Cardinals were safety Jalen Thompson (concussion), guard J.R. Sweezy (illness) and guard Max Garcia (toe). Like Shipley, Garcia is also a new addition to the Cardinals injury report on Thursday.
Practicing fully on Thursday for the Cardinals were wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald (not injury related), defensive tackle Corey Peters (not injury related) and guard Lamont Gaillard (thumb). Fitzgerald and Peters both sat out Wednesday’s practice presumably as veteran days off.
Of the seven players listed on the Cardinals Thursday injury report, Thompson appears to be the one who might ultimately miss the Sunday game against the Steelers.
