The Pittsburgh Steelers have now released their list of seven players who will be inactive for the team’s Sunday afternoon Week 5 home game against the Baltimore Ravens and as expected, it includes the two players who were ruled out on the team’s Friday injury report.
Inactive for the Steelers Sunday afternoon after being officially ruled out for the Week 5 game on the Friday injury report are fullback Roosevelt Nix (knee) and outside linebacker Anthony Chickillo (foot). This marks the fourth consecutive game that Nix has missed and the third consecutive game missed for Chickillo, who was injured in the team’s Week 2 home loss.
The rest of the Steelers three inactives for Week 5 are all healthy scratches and the list of players includes quarterback tackle Chukwuma Okorafor, guard Fred Johnson, defensive end Isaiah Buggs, tight end Zach Gentry and wide receiver Donte Moncrief.
After ending the week listed as questionable on the Steelers Friday injury report, wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (toe), tight end Vance McDonald (shoulder) and inside linebacker Vince Williams (hamstring) are all active. Williams has missed the last two games while McDonald missed the team’s last game with his injury.
