I literally couldn’t write a more Pittsburgh headline if you paid me a million dollars to try.
The Pittsburgh Steelers got the help they needed yesterday after the Buffalo Bills beat the New York Jets 22-17, allowing the Steelers to grab the 6th spot in the playoffs.
As a token of their gratification, the Pittsburgh staple Primanti Brothers is shipping their famous sandwiches up the Interstate to Buffalo’s front office.
In a press release, general manager Toni Haggerty said, “We all need a little help from our friends. And today, the Bills were our friends.”
Primanti’s is well-known for their sandwiches topped with fries and coleslaw. If you’re one of the few who don’t know about their sandwiches, check out these two videos.
And you can bet on some happy – and full – Bills’ front office members tomorrow after lunch.
