2016 NFL Draft Order: Steelers Currently Slated To Have 20th Overall Pick

There are now four weeks remaining in the 2015 NFL season and with several teams alreadty looking forward to next year, the annual tracking of the draft order is well underway.

If the 2016 NFL Draft were held today, the Pittsburgh Steelers would have the 20th overall pick in the first round. Having the 20th pick, however, would mean that the Steelers missed the playoffs, but that’s here they currently sit heading into Week 14 as they’re the No. 7 seed in the AFC.

The Steelers still have plenty of time to capture the No. 5 or No. 6 seed in the AFC and while highly unlikely, the AFC North title. They can certainly help their own cause when it comes to all three scenarios this coming Sunday by beating the Cincinnati Bengals on the road. If they lose that game, they will most likely need to win out in order to make the playoffs as a 9-7 record might not be enough to get them in when the dust settles.

Here’s the current draft order as of the start of Week 14, according to Jimmy Kempski of Philly Voice:
