Happy Friday to all of you and I hope your holiday season is off to a great start. For starters, I apologize for not having a five question post last week. To be totally honest, I really forgot what day it was until later on in the evening. By that time I figured out it was Friday night, it was too late. I blame football on Thanksgiving for that happening as it screwed me up.
This week, the Pittsburgh Steelers will host the Indianapolis Colts Sunday night at Heinz Field and while it isn’t a must-win game, it’s a game they probably need to win. Below are five questions for you to answer in the comment section below and I hope we can get a large number of you to participate this week as I love reading the answrers these posts get.
Have a great weekend and peace and love to all of you.
1 – Several of us are expecting cornerback Brandon Boykin to see some playing time on defense Sunday night based on comments made earlier in the week by head coach Mike Tomlin and defensive coordinator Keith Butler. When the game is over, what percentage of defensive snaps will Boykin have had played?
2 – The Colts defense has already allowed a whopping 46 passing plays of 20 yards or more so far this season. With that noted, will the total yardage of the Steelers two longest passing plays in the game be more or less than the total yards from scrimmage gained in the game by running back DeAngelo Williams?
3 – Which number will be higher Sunday night, the number of sacks by the Steelers defense or the number of offensive touchdowns scored by the Pittsburgh offense?
4 – Rank the Steelers final 5 opponents from toughest to easiest. (Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Denver, Baltimore, Cleveland)
5 – How many total combined sacks will the Steelers outside linebackers have in the team’s final 5 games of the season and which of those five players will have the most?
