Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has left the Week 3 game against the St. Louis Rams in the third quarter with an injury to his lower left leg.
The injury happened on a third quarter sack by Rams safety Mark Barron and he was carted off to the locker room and he will not return.
Michael Vick has replaced Roethlisberger in the game.
The Steelers currently lead the Rams 9-3.
