It’s looking like Pittsburgh Steelers kicker Shaun Suisham will indeed be lost for the 2015 season after suffering a knee injury Sunday night in the team’s preseason loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Suisham has told people the belief is he tore his ACL. He’s still set to undergo an MRI, however, to make sure.

Suisham was injured while attempting to make a tackle during the opening kickoff of the second half. After the game, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin admitted that Suisham’s knee injury is “potentially significant.
Last season, Suisham was very accurate as he registered a 90.6 accuracy percentage; the fifth-highest total in the league.
Jay Feely, Shayne Graham, Garrett Hartley, Alex Henery and Billy Cundiff are just a few of the currently unemployed kickers the Steelers might bring in for a tryout.
