ESPN revealed this year’s list of ESPY nominees on Wednesday and it included one Pittsburgh Steelers player.
Wide receiver Antonio Brown has been nominated for the Best NFL Player ESPY after leading the league last season in receptions (129) and receiving yards (1,698).
Brown will certainly need a lot of fan votes if he’s going to win the award this year as he’s going up against Tom Brady, DeMarco Murray, Aaron Rodgers and J.J. Watt.
Last year, Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning won the Best NFL Player ESPY.
The last time the Steelers organization won an ESPY was in 2009. Those two awards were for Best Game and Best Play after they beat the Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl XLIII.
You can now vote for Brown online right here and that process will remain open until the live show starts on July 15 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
