The University of Washington held their Pro Day on Thursday and according to Rob Rang of CBS Sports, Pittsburgh Steelers defensive backs coach Carnell Lake was present for the event.
According to Rang, Lake was one of a few NFL coaches that put former Washington players Marcus Peters and Shaq Thompson through positional drills.

Rang reports that Peters, who was dismissed from the Washington team last November after several run-ins with the Huskies coaching staff, had a good showing Thursday as he chose to only do drills instead of trying to improve on his combine numbers.
Thompson, who many project as a safety at the NFL level, apparently was worked out as both a linebacker and a defensive back on Thursday. Thompson also stood on his combine results but did do 20 reps on the bench after choosing not to lift in Indianapolis.
Both Peters and Thompson are considered to be early round draft choices and both very well could wind up being selected in the first round.
Peters appeared in 34 career games with 28 starts during his college career and he registered 11 interceptions and 23 passes defensed.
As for Thompson, he appeared in 40 games during his college career and started in 26 of them. Last season he registered 71 total tackles, one sack and one interception.
