Cornerback Trae Waynes is the big draw Wednesday, but it’s looking like he will stand on his strong combine numbers and will only take part in position drills. Waynes could be the first cornerback off the board in the 2015 NFL Draft and he’s expected to be selected in the first 15 picks.
In addition to getting a closer look at Waynes, Colbert and Tomlin are also expected to have interest in Michigan State running back Jeremy Langford, who many believe will be drafted in the second or third round.
Wide receiver Tony Lippett and free safety Kurtis Drummond are two other Michigan State products that are sure to have the eye of the Steelers personnel in attendance.
