The Pittsburgh Steelers aren’t hiding their interest in Missouri linebackers Shane Ray and Marcus Golden as general manager Kevin Colbert, head coach Mike Tomlin, defensive coordinator Keith Butler and linebackers coach Joey Porter were all present at the player’s Thursday Pro Day.

While it has been previously reported that the Steelers had dinner Wednesday night with Ray, we now also know that they also broke bread with Golden as well, thanks to a report by Terez A. Paylor of the Kansas City Star.
Ray, who did not work out at the combine several weeks ago, recorded a 33-inch vertical and a 10-foot broad jump Thursday in addition to reportedly running a unofficial 40-yard-dash time of 4.63 seconds,.
As for Golden, who ran a 4.9 second 40-yard-dassh at the combine, he apparently improved that time Thursday by registering a new unofficial time of 4.66 seconds.
Ray is expected to be drafted in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft while Golden is regarded by many as being a third or fourth round prospect.
