Season 5, Episode 68 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and David Todd and I get right to talking about both of the Conference Championship Games that took place on Sunday as the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks both won to advance to the Super Bowl.
As you would expect, there’s a lot to talk about when it comes to both of those games and that includes us once again discussing Patriots running back LeGarrette Blount, who started the 2014 season as a member of the Steelers. After Blount rushed for 148 yards and three touchdowns Sunday you knew that Steelers fans would be all up in arms.
David and I talk about the Steelers depth at running back heading into the offseason and both of us conclude that there’s likely to be another body on the final 53 man roster next season.
The Baltimore Ravens will need a new offensive coordinator next season, so in addition to talking about that, we also discuss a few draft hopefuls the Steelers might be eyeing in the first round.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here.
