Steelers Vs. Ravens Wild Card Game: Friday Night Five Questions

Steelers Depot Friday Night Five Questions

The Pittsburgh Steelers will host the Baltimore Ravens Saturday night in an AFC Wild Card Game at Heinz Field and the excitement is starting to build ahead of the matchup. As usual, we have five Friday night questions for you to answer as we contine to work on pregame content for you.

Please answer these questions in the comments below and I hope all of you have had a great start to the new year.

1 – In addition to the Steelers being without the services of running back Le’Veon Bell in their AFC Wild Card Game against the Ravens, it’s looking like the Cincinnati Bengals will be without the services of wide receiver A.J. Green in their Wild Card matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. Which is the bigger deal?

2 – Forecasts are currently calling for 100% chance of freezing rain Saturday night in Pittsburgh. If that happens, the grass surface at Heinz Field will likely be a mess by halftime. Do you see this helping or hurting one team more than the other? If so, please explain.

3 – New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady (2) and Colts quarterback Andrew Luck (1) received All-Pro votes while Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger didn’t receive any. Is this fair, or is this media bias? What more does Roethlisberger need to do in order to get first-team honors?

4 – Rookie Dri Archer has 17 offensive touches this season. With Bell out Saturday night, how many total touches (rushes + receptions) should he get against the Ravens.

5 – Undrafted rookie James Hurst will start at left tackle against the Steelers and that might be good news for linebacker James Harrison and defensive end Cameron Heyward. How many sacks will Harrison and Heyward combine to have Saturday night?

Bonus – Give me your Steelers-Ravens final score prediction.
