I will be pulling more of these, but wanted to make sure post a few animated gifs of several runs that Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell had Monday night in the 27-24 win over the Tennessee Titans.
This might not seen like much, but this run by Bell was on 2nd and 6 with 9:52 left in the fourth quarter. He lowered the boom on Titans safety Michael Griffin and moved the chains in the process. On the very next play quarterback Ben Roethlisberger connected with wide receiver Antonio Brown for a touchdown.
Making something out of nothing with an inside cut.
This play really shows Bell’s patience in addition to his ability to read and set up blocks. Lastly, he accelerates through gap as soon as he makes his decision.
This was Bell’s 31st carry in the game. Look at that cut.
