Season 5, Episode 36 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and David Todd and I dive right into recapping the Pittsburgh Steelers 51-34 win Sunday over the Indianapolis Colts.
As you would expect, we kick off this show by talking about the career game that quarterback Ben Roethlisberger had Sunday. It was one for the ages for sure as only nine of his passes fell incomplete.
We move on to talk about the play of the Steelers offense as a whole and discuss the individual performances of several players. We also make sure to tip our hats to the Steelers offensive line. There’s a lot to talk about and we discuss both the good and the bad.
After spending a good amount of time talking about the Steelers offense, David and I then move on to talking about the defense and how they were able to provide consistent pressure throughout the game on Colts quarterback Andrew Luck.
Cornerback Cortez Allen had another rough showing and we discuss the course of action the team should take with him moving forward.
We mix in some snap count discussion and give you a full wrap up of Sunday’s game and that includes talking about the fourth and one call late in the game that resulted in a touchdown.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here.
