The Cleveland Browns Thursday injury report has now been released and it includes a few new names on it that weren’t listed on the Wednesday edition.
Defensive end Phillip Taylor (knee), cornerback Joe Haden (hip), linebacker Paul Kruger (back), wide receiver Rodney Smith (hamstring) and defensive end Billy Winn (quadricep) all failed to practice Thursday. Taylor has already been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers while Kruger and Smith are new additions to the injury report.
As far as the status of Haden, the Browns are taking it slowly with him. His status might go all the way down to game time if he’s able to get limited work in on Friday.
Defensive end Desmond Bryant (wrist), tight end Jordan Cameron (ankle, shoulder), safety Tashaun Gipson (shoulder), guard John Greco (knee), linebacker Eric Martin (not injury related), linebacker Barkevious Mingo (shoulder), cornerback Buster Skrine (thumb), running back Ben Tate (finger) and tackle Joe Thomas (not injury related) all practiced fully Thursday. Bryant is also a new addition to the injury report.
