The Pittsburgh Steelers are down a running back right now during their Sunday training camp practice as Le’Veon Bell left the field with a trainer.
According to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Bell was walking fine when he exited the field, so it’s unclear what the nature of his problem is.
The Steelers lost backup center David Snow to an ankle/foot injury on Saturday and he failed to practice Sunday.
Head coach Mike Tomlin is expected to talk to the media at the conclusion of practice so hopefully he will shed some light on Bell’s condition.
UPDATE: After practice, Tomlin said that Bell experienced some hamstring tightness and the injury is not considered to be serious. As for Snow, he suffered a broken foot that will require surgery.
