Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker Jason Worilds wasn’t able to participate in most of the OTA practices over the course of the last three weeks due to some sort of calf injury, but it looks as though he’s able to do more this week during the mandatory minicamp.
In a short video shot Tuesday by Mark Kaboly of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Worilds is seen taking part in some positional drills that were led by new defensive assistant Joey Porter.
Being as Worilds is the only player wearing sweatpants in the video, one would guess that he was limited to positional drills, only.
Regardless of the level of participation that Worilds had on Tuesday, it appears as though he’s moving in right direction and we can only hope this continues for the remainder of minicamp.
