Buffalo Bills unrestricted free agent defensive lineman Alex Carrington has made his decision as to where he will play in 2014 as Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports that he has come to terms with the St. Louis Rams.
Carrington, who visited with the Steelers several weeks ago, also visited with the Oakland Raiders and Cleveland Browns as well since the free agency signing period got underway.
Now that Carrington is no longer an option for the Steelers, they might be forced to re-sign Brett Keisel for one season if no other free agent defensive linemen fit their bill as being able to come in and start right away.
The Steelers lost Ziggy Hood and Al Woods early on in free agency and have only signed former San Diego Chargers defensive lineman Cam Thomas so far to fill that void.
