Below are the snaps counts from the Pittsburgh Steelers 20-7 Sunday win over the Cleveland Browns along with some observations.
Offensively, about the only thing that sticks out is that Derek Moye played three more snaps than Markus Wheaton did. Maybe this had to do with Wheaton’s fractured finger more than anything else.
Defensively, Stevenson Sylvester saw a lot more playing time than Chris Carter did at left outside linebacker. That shouldn’t give you a warm fuzzy feeling at all heading into the offseason. Thankfully, Jarvis Jones played every snap after missing the previous week with an illness. Nose tackle Steve McLendon only played 12 snaps before he left the game with an ankle injury.
