Steelers Injury Report: Ryan Clark Practices Fully, Jonathan Dwyer Rest Quad

The Pittsburgh Steelers were back on the practice field Wednesday as they prepare to take on the New York Giants Sunday at MetLife Stadium.

The first injury report of the week is now out, and as expected, safety Troy Polamalu (calf) and tackle Marcus Gilbert (ankle), and linebacker Stevenson Sylvester (hamstring) did not practice. Both Polamalu and Gilbert have already been ruled out this week, while Sylvester is highly questionable, according to head coach Mike Tomlin.

Running back Jonathan Dwyer (quad) and linebacker LaMarr Woodley (hamstring) also did not practice on Wednesday, but Dwyer expects to be able to work on Thursday after straining his right quad at the end of the game Sunday. The status of Woodley heading into Thursday is up in the air right now and hopefully he can work on Thursday as well.

Running back Rashard Mendenhall (Achilles) and running back Baron Batch (shin) were both limited on Wednesday.

Running back Isaac Redman (ankle) and safety Ryan Clark (concussion) both practiced fully on Wednesday and both seem to be on track to play Sunday.
