Pittsburgh Steelers first round draft pick David DeCastro suffered what looked like a right knee injury against the Buffalo Bills and was carted off to the lockerroom.
The injury took place deep in the Steelers own end of the field on their second drive early in the first quarter.
Injury looks to be serious and DeCastro will not return tonight.
