The first Sunday training camp practice for the Pittsburgh Steelers is in the books and I am joined today by long time friend of the show, Nick Richetta, who was front and center for practice today to be our eyes and ears. You can follow Nick on Twitter at @SteelCityKid11.
Most of our focus in these podcast early on in training camp has been centered around the offense, so in this episode we focus mainly on the defense as Nick takes us through all of the positions and gives a good idea of how certain players looked as well as where they might be on the depth chart currently.
After a long talk about the defense, we move over top the offense for a bit and talk about who stood out to him today. He tells us about the offensive line rotations and that includes the second team unit in addition. I wrap Nick up by having him give me his camp stud and dud of the day.
