93.7 The Fan – Late Shift Interview With Chris Mueller

The incomparable Chris Mueller had me on the Late Shift Show early this morning on 93.7 The Fan to talk a little Pittsburgh Steelers. Chris and I talked about the recent re-signing of Jerricho Cotchery as well as the signing of free agent tight end Leonard Pope and I gave my thoughts on both. I was then asked about a few of the needs the Steelers have in the upcoming draft and what player might hold the most positional value. We talk about the possible need of a safety and if the Steelers have any fears of drafting players from smaller schools early in the draft. The interview ends with a look at the departure of cornerback William Gay, and I give my thoughts on his loss and the state of the cornerbacks now with his departure.

If you love everything Pittsburgh sports and are an insomniac like myself, you really should be tuning into Chris during his Late Shift Show and you can follow him on Twitter at @937LateShift in addition. There is a good chance I might be on again in the future with him to talk Steelers as we get closer to training camp time. You can listen to the interview below.
