The Pittsburgh Steelers are scheduled to hold a noon eastern press conference today to officially introduce Todd Haley as the new offensive coordinator and Rob Rossi reports via Twitter that quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been seen this morning at the Steelers facility, as he is now back from his trip to Hawaii where he played in the Pro Bowl. Roethlisberger did not return immediately after the game as he and his wife reportedly spent some extra time there as a delayed honeymoon.
One would think that Roethlisberger has already met with Haley as well as with head coach Mike Tomlin and team president Art Rooney II as well since he got back in town. Roethlisberger stated in an interview leading up to the Pro Bowl that he wanted to meet with Rooney II to discuss the direction that the Steelers offense would take after it was announced that Bruce Arians would not return in 2012. We should get a few of those answers hopefully today when Haley takes questions from the local media and I will have a full recap of the press conference after Haley speaks.
