Steelers down 3 – 6 against Browns at halftime

In a very windy Cleveland, Pittsburgh (facing the wind) has struggled to put points on the board. With the second seed on the line, the Steelers have had some great defensive stands to keep Cleveland limited to two field goals. Roethlisberger, with a heavily braced ankle, has used the running game a majority of time to gain yardage. In the second half the Steelers will have the wind at their backs to open up the third quarter.

Rashard Mendenhall was injured on a rushing play (knee) and is questionable for a return to the game. Cortez Allen was also injured on a special-teams play and most-likely will not return in the second half.

Kudos go to Antonio Brown for setting a record for 1,000 yards receiving and 1,000 yards on special-teams returns (kick, punt).

Steelers fans are carefully watching to see if Hines Ward can set a receiving record for the Steelers.

Meanwhile the Ravens are holding the lead over Cincinnati in the third quarter of their game with a 17 – 3 lead.
