Curtis Brown Has Surgery On Torn Knee Meniscus

Pittsburgh Steelers rookie cornerback Curtis Brown had surgery on Wednesday to repair a torn meniscus in one of his knees and reportedly it was just a simple scope type procedure. Brown was placed on injured reserve prior to the Steelers game this past Saturday against the St. Louis Rams and rookie running back John Clay was signed off of the practice squad to take his place.
