Steelers linebacker LaMarr Woodley will be on the upcoming episode of NY Ink that is set to air Thursday, July 7th on the TLC channel. This news comes courtesy of a tweet earlier today by Rebecca Otto, Director of Public Relations and Events for Octagon Football. Woodley had his newest forearm tattoo done by renowned tattoo artist Ami James earlier this summer and the tattoo shop reality show cameras were there to film it.
Reportedly the new tattoo features two wolves looking over a cub and is surrounded by a dream-catcher. The design was brainstormed by both Woodley and James together according to reports. Woodley is no stranger to getting inked as he has the X-Men character Wolverine tattooed on his right bicep and a Chinese dragon on his left arm. Woodley and his artwork were even featured a few years back in an issue of Urban Ink magazine.
The show reportedly air Thursday at 9 central, 10 eastern time, but I recommend you check your local listings just to be sure of the date and time.
