The Steelers continued practice preparations on Thursday for their Sunday game in South Florida against the Miami Dolphins by welcoming back LB James Harrison to the practice field. Harrison was excused by head coach Mike Tomlin on Wednesday from practice. He has been removed from the injury/practice report. The news is good on G Trai Essex (ankle) as he was limited again today and has an outside shot of backing up Doug Legursky this week if he works fully on Friday. DE Brett Keisel (hamstring) is still sidelined and already ruled out for this week.
For the Dolphins on Thursday, FB Lousaka Polite (knee) was limited today after sitting out Wednesday. DE Jared Odrick (foot) did not practice and is out for the year with a broken bone in his left foot. LB Karlos Dansby (knee) practiced fully again.
