In a surprising twist, Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Steelers have re-signed free agent S Ryan Clark. Clark visited the Dolphins on Monday. Clark\’s contract reportedly is a 4 year deal in the neighborhood of $17 million with at least $5 million of the contract to be paid during the first year.
