Anthony Madison was released by the Browns and would look great back in black and gold to help on special teams. The only problem is you would have to cut someone to do it. The Steelers 53 is strong right now and hard to narrow down who you would cut.

In a recent Sports Illustrated poll, NFL Players ranked Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward as the No. 1 dirtiesrt player in the league. If his play is dirty, I want everyone on my team playing like he does. It is called hard nose football within the the rules of the game.

Ed Bouchette nails it that Tyrone Carter should indeed be capable of filling in for Ryan Clark should he not play Monday night. Free safety is better suited for Carter than the strong safety spot he was asked to fill while Troy was out.

Scott Brown reports that Ziggy Hood is making some great progress during his rookie year. Hood could peek right around playoff time.
