The Pittsburgh Steelers managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory Sunday against the Giants, losing 21-14. The Steelers defense played well, despite losing safety Ryan Clark to injury late in the game. The defense only gave up one touchdown and four John Carney field goals. The Steeler offense only managed a few big plays and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger once again was pressured and sacked too many times. The Steelers were only 1 for 10 on third downs and turned the ball over four times on offense. Running back Mewelde Moore rushed for 84 yards on 19 carries and was the lone bright spot on offense.
