Season 13, Episode 108 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday morning show, which was recorded late Thursday night, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the latest news concerning the Pittsburgh Steelers and that includes the team signing two new defensive players in safety Keanu Neal and defensive tackle Breiden Fehoko.
Alex and I tell you what we know so far about the Steelers’ two recent additions after cramming some tape before the show. We go over how each might be used in the Steelers’ defense and if the addition of either means anything related to the 2023 NFL Draft.
The Steelers reportedly had free agent outside linebacker Bud Dupree back in Pittsburgh on Thursday for a visit, so we go over that bit of news. We also talk about Penn State cornerback Joey Porter Jr. also coming in for a pre-draft visit on Thursday as well.
The Steelers have a few other players lined up for pre-draft visits, so we make sure to cover that news in this show. Additionally, we update who from the Steelers has been spotted where on the annual pro-day circuit heading into Friday.
Are the Steelers seriously considering drafting a center this year? We discuss that topic briefly in this show.
Based on the Blue’s Clues we have so far, Alex and I put together a short list of players we think are in line to potentially be the Steelers’ first selection in the 2023 NFL Draft. We also review where all that general manager Omar Khan and head coach Mike Tomlin have been spotted to date.
We answer a few listener questions late in this show to close things out. We mix in other Steelers talk throughout this episode that is not noted in this recap post.
