Happy Thursday. Are yinz ready to watch some football tonight? I know I am and tonight’s Thursday night game features two AFC West rivals with similar records going head-to-head at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum in Oakland, CA as the Oakland Raiders are hosting the Los Angeles Chargers to get Week 10 of the 2019 NFL regular season underway.
The Raiders enter Week 10 with a 4-4 record after beating the Detroit Lions at home in their last game. The Raiders are currently the No. 8 seed in the AFC and one spot behind the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Chargers, who the Steelers beat several weeks ago in Los Angeles, enter Week 10 with a 4-5 record. They have won their last two games and are currently the No. 11 seed in the AFC.
If you’re a Steelers fan, you probably want to root for the Chargers in this game so that the Raiders get knocked down a rung. The Steelers head-to-head win over the Chargers now makes Los Angeles an easy team to root for right now.
