Season 8, Episode 111 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Tuesday show, David Todd and I get right to talking about the new NFL policy on the National Anthem and the fallout from that. In this lengthy discussion we talk about the difference between the NFL and NBA when it comes to the anthem and how the social injustice topic is handled by each.
The Pittsburgh Steelers second week of OTA practices are now underway on this Tuesday and David and I discuss how the team will use their tight ends during the 2018 season. Will Vance McDonald play more snaps than Jesse James in 2018? Will James be re-signed prior to the start of the 2019 free agency period? We discuss all of that.
Will wide receiver Marcus Tucker make the 53-man roster this year and what will the bottom of the depth chart at his position look like come Week 1 of the regular season? We discuss that position group.
David and I close things out by talking a little about the Steelers higher priority undrafted free agents this year and how that group might be the best we’ve seen in a few years.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here in this post.
