The Pittsburgh Steelers and Indianapolis Colts have both released their lists of inactive players ahead of the Thursday night game at Lucas Oil Stadium and when it comes to the visiting team, once again there are no real surprises.
The Steelers ruled out wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey (foot), running back DeAngelo Williams (knee), tight end Xavier Grimble (quadricep) and safety Shamarko Thomas (groin) on their Wednesday injury report and all four players are inactive Thursday night.
Joining those four players on this week’s inactive list are quarterback Zach Mettenberger, tackle Brian Mihalik, and running back Daryl Richardson and all three are healthy scratches.
After ending the short week as questionable, safety Jordan Dangerfield is active Thursday night.
For the Colts, as expected, quarterback Andrew Luck and safety Clayton Geathers are both inactive Thursday night because of concussions.
Cornerback Vontae Davis (ankle) is active for the game.
