Pittsburgh Steelers’ safety Mike Mitchell left early in today’s game with a left knee injury. His return is questionable, per the team.
As Burt tweets out, Mitchell was evaluated on the sideline before taken back to the locker room. He was limping heavily as he walked off the field.
Mitchell was injured hitting wide receiver DeVante Parker in the end zone, breaking up a pass. Jordan Dangerfield replaced him.
UPDATE:Â Mitchell has returned, per Burt Lauten.
