James Harrison is back out in one of his favorite places, the Danney Center in Arizona, continuing his legendary workouts. And for fun in Arizona, they play Danneyball. Volleyball with medicine balls.
Harrison posted a couple videos on his Instagram account. It’s still as impressive as ever to watch this.

It’s just another example of the extra mile Harrison goes to keep his body in shape. It’s probably no surprise that Harrison has posted his workouts with more regularity the last few days, caught up in the middle of this tumbleweed feud between Roger Goodell.Â
It’s unclear if any Steelers are currently joining him in Arizona. Mike Mitchell, Ryan Shazier, and Stephon Tuitt trained with Deebo in the winter but there’s no indication they’re there now.
