Season 6, Episode 94 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Monday show, David Todd and I thoroughly recap everything that Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert had to say Sunday at the league’s annual meeting during his talk with the media.
David and I first discuss Colbert’s comments on the organization tracking the top rated cornerbacks in this year’s draft class and whether or not one of them will ultimately be selected by Pittsburgh with the 25th overall selection.
Colbert also commented on cornerback Cortez Allen, wide receiver Martavis Bryant, quarterback Landry Jones, nose tackle Daniel McCullers and safety Shamarko Thomas during his Sunday talk so we pass along our thoughts on what he had to say about each player.
Are the Steelers done signing free agents? We discuss that topic and both us come to the conclusion that it would be nice to see them add another defensive lineman prior to the 2016 NFL Draft.
Would the Steelers seriously consider drafting Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones in the third or fourth round? David and I discuss that possibility as well as our current thoughts on Jones.
