Steelers QB Mike Vick Leaves Cardinals Game With Hamstring Injury

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mike Vick has left the game against the Arizona Cardinals with a head injury.

Vick was kneed in the head after scrambling up the middle in the second quarter. He was replaced by Landry Jones for a third down snap that went for a loss to running back Le’Veon Bell.

Vick was forced by referee Ed Hochuli to leave the game to get checked.

Steelers kicker Chris Boswell then connected from 47 yards out with 6:06 left in the first half.

All indications are that Vick has been cleared to return after being checked out on the Steelers sideline. Vick reportedly only had dirt in one of his eyes.

The Cardinals currently lead the Steelers 7-3.

Update: Vick has left again in the second half with a hamstring injury. Jones has replaced him.
