Season 6, Episode 27 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this show, David Todd and I start things off by talking about what kind of crowd we expect to show up Sunday for the Pittsburgh Steelers Week 3 game against the St. Louis Rams.
The Thursday injury report included a few names for the Steelers so we go over it and look ahead to who might be inactive for Sunday’s game.
We move on to give our final pregame analysis of the Steelers game against the Rams and that includes us looking at both sides of the football for both teams. Will the Steelers show us a pony backfield a few times now that Le’Veon Bell is back? We set an over/under for the amount of plays associated with that.
How scared should the Steelers defense be this weekend of Tavon Austin? Additionally, how much playing time will rookie running back Todd Gurley receive if he’s allowed to make his NFL debut against the Steelers? We discuss both of those topics.
Defensive end Stephon Tuitt has had a great start to the season so we make sure to hit on that a little bit as well.
As usual, the second half of this Friday show includes David and I making our picks for all of the week 3 games around the NFL and that includes us picking the Steelers game in addition to the final score.
We close out this Friday episode by talking about wide receiver Martavis Bryant as it relates to him definitely returning in Week 5.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here.
