Season 6, Episode 10 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this show, David Todd and I start things off by putting the finishing wraps on the Pittsburgh Steelers Friday night preseason loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
We talk a lot about the defensive scheme and players used in it thus far during the preseason and continue to wonder how much of the new stuff we’ll see once the season gets underway.
The Steelers will play the Green Bay Packers Sunday at Heinz Field and we talk about what a good test that will be for the Steelers starting defense.
After wrapping up the game against the Jaguars and looking ahead to the Packers, David and I get into talking about the evolution of the NFL game over the years and where it might be headed. This conversation was initiated by a great article that David came across.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here.
