Steelers Home Preseason Game Against Packers Moved To 1 p.m.

The Pittsburgh Steelers announced Saturday morning that the start time of their August 23rd preseason home opener against Green Bay Packers has been moved to 1 p.m.

The game starting time, which was originally scheduled for 8 p.m. at Heinz Field, was moved because the Pittsburgh Pirates will be playing the San Francisco Giants that evening at PNC Park following a schedule chance.

The game against the Packers will presumably still be broadcasted by KDKA-TV.

That game against the Packers will be the Steelers third of the preseason as their first two games will be on the road against the Minnesota Vikings and Jacksonville Jaguars, respectively.
