Memorial Day Weekend: Steelers Friday Night Five Questions

Steelers Depot Friday Night Five Questions

Happy Friday to all of you and I hope you have a great holiday weekend planned. Me, I still have a little bit of moving to finish up on Saturday, but will celebrate by having about 50 smoked wings.

After the holiday weekend the Pittsburgh Steelers OTA sessions will get underway and that means we should have quite a bit to talk about for the next several weeks with the start of training camp to follow.

As usual, I have five questions below for you to answer on this Friday evening and I hope that you all will take time to answer them in the comments below.

I’d also like to again take time out to thank all of you that visited the site this week. Please have a safe Memorial Day holiday weekend and please do not drive and drive.

Peace and love!

1 – Of the two undrafted college quarterbacks turned wide receivers that the Steelers signed this offseason, Tyler Murphy and Devin Gardner, which one has the best shot to at least make the practice squad and why?

2 – Assuming Dri Archer makes the Steelers 53 man roster this season, tell me how many offensive snaps he will he play in 2015.

3 – Will nose tackle Steve McLendon have his contract extended prior to the start of the 2015 season? Also, are you for or against it happening?

4 – Now that extra points have been moved back 13 yards, attempts will now be either 32 or 33-yards in length, depending on the kicker. With that said, how many misses do you predict this coming season for Shaun Suisham?

5 – True or false: Rookie wide receiver Sammie Coates will be inactive for at least the first three games of the 2015 season.

Bonus – What one food item is sure to be on your holiday weekend menu?
