According to a Wednesday afternoon report, it looks like former Pittsburgh Steelers defensive mastermind Dick LeBeau will indeed land with the Arizona Cardinals soon, but not as a defensive coordinator.
Per Mike Jurecki, of Fox Sports 910AM on Twitter, LeBeau will be joining the Cardinals coaching staff at some point in a similar role as Tom Moore, who is currently listed as the assistant head coach and offense consultant.
The Cardinals are currently looking for a new defensive coordinator after losing Todd Bowles, who is expected to be officially named the head coach of the New York Jets very soon.
Hearing Dick LeBeau will be joining the Cardinals coaching staff at some point in a similar role as Tom Moore. He won’t be the coordinator.
