Season 5, Episode 9 of The Terrible Podcast is up and David Todd and I start this show off by talking about Pittsburgh Steelers running backs Le’Veon Bell and LeGarrette Blount following them both being caught in possession of marijuana Wednesday afternoon during a traffic stop. We discuss the possible repercussions that both players potentially face and also discuss the decision made by head coach Mike Tomlin to play both of them Thursday night in the preseason loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Steelers did not look good at all in their 31-21 loss to the Eagles and as usual, David and I go over the game and discuss all that went wrong along with the little that went right. We discuss the individual performances of several players and look at how this game may have shaken up the final 53 man roster. There’s a lot to talk about and a lot that needs to be fixed in a short matter of time.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here.
