Steelers Injury Report: Bell, Blanchflower, Zumwalt, Goodwin All Sidelined Wednesday

The Pittsburgh Steelers fourth training camp practice of the 2014 is now underway and the early reports are starting to roll in regarding which players are and aren’t practicing Wednesday.

According to our very own Alex Kozora, rookie tight end Rob Blanchflower (leg/foot) is currently wearing a boot on his leg leg and thus is not practicing Wednesday.

Also sidelined once again are running back Le’Veon Bell (hamstring), wide receiver C.J. Goodwin (shoulder) and linebacker Jordan Zumwalt (groin). Bell has now missed a few days of practice after leaving Sunday’s session early with tightness in one of his hamstrings.

Zumwalt, one of two sixth-round draft picks this year, suffered a groin injury of some sorts during Monday’s practice. He is doing light work on the side, according to Kozora.

Steelers safety Mike Mitchell (groin) and running back Alvester Alexander (groin) both remain on the physically unable to perform list.
