Steelers Fantasy Stat Projections Versus Raiders – Week 8 – 2013

The Pittsburgh Steelers will take on the Oakland Raiders Sunday at the O.co Coliseum and below are my fantasy football stat projections for the black and gold offensive players for this week.

Feel free to add your own projections in the comments below.

Ben Roethlisberger – 33 attempts, 24 completions, 273 yards, 1 touchdown, 1 interception, 1 rush, 6 yards, 0 touchdowns.

The Raiders want to keep everything in front of them so I am expecting another below 300 yardage game from Roethlisberger on Sunday.

Le’Veon Bell – 19 carries, 89 yards, 1 touchdown, 4 receptions, 24 yards, 0 touchdowns.

Bell should have a pretty decent day from a fantasy perspective as he should have 20 or more touches once again to go along with a touchdown.

Felix Jones – 3 carries, 14 yards, no touchdowns, 0 receptions, 0 yards, no touchdowns.

Jones once again should only see limited work.

Jonathan Dwyer – 2 carries, 9 yards, no touchdowns, 0 receptions, 0 yards, no touchdowns.

Dwyer only played two offensive snaps last week so you shouldn’t be expecting much out of him against the Raiders.

Antonio Brown – 5 catches, 60 yards, 0 touchdowns, 1 rush, 7 yards, 0 touchdowns.

Brown will certainly draw a lot of attention from the Raiders and that could force Roethlisberger to spread the ball around a little more.

Emmanuel Sanders – 5 catches, 75 yards, no touchdowns

One big explosive play to Sanders today. The Steelers only had one last week. As previously mentioned, the Raiders defense tries to keep everything in front of them.

Heath Miller – 5 catches, 58 yards, 1 touchdown

Miller scored his first touchdown last week and he will get his second against the Raiders.

Jerricho Cotchery – 3 catches, 34 yards, no touchdowns

Cotchery should see a three or four targets in this game with most of them coming on third downs.

Derek Moye – 1 catch, 8 yards, no touchdowns

Moye isn’t likely to see many snaps and thus that will result in only a target or two.

Will Johnson – 1 catch, 14 yards, no touchdowns

When is the last time we saw that wheel route completion to Johnson. Sunday would be a good time for another one.
