Pittsburgh Steelers rookie nose tackle Alameda Ta\’amu has a hearing scheduled for the 23rd of October after Pittsburgh police charged him with DUI, aggravated assault and other charges early this morning.
The Criminal Docket shows an arrest date of this morning and Ta\’amu was charged with resisting arrest, fleeing or attempting to elude police and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Ta\’amu was drafted in the fourth round out of Washington after the Steelers traded up in the round to select him. The rookie nose tackle has been inactive for all five games thus far this season.
