2012 Pittsburgh Steelers Training Camp – Day 1 Updates

Some little pieces of news are starting to roll in now on day one of training camp for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Today is reporting day and players are to report to Latrobe by the 4:00 p.m. deadline.

We will use this post to add updates throughout the afternoon and evening, so I advise you to keep checking back throughout the day. Any stand alone news will be posted in a separate post.

Tomlin on the start of training camp

Missi Matthews of caught up with the Steelers 1st Round Draft Pick David DeCastro as he moved into his new home at St. Vincent College in Latrobe.

@mikebires – Keenan Lewis, a new Orleans native & close friend of Mike Wallace believes the speedster wide receiver, will be in camp soon “he\’s ready”

@DVEMike – Keenan Lewis on his buddy Mike Wallace: “I\’m pretty sure he\’s ready to be here. We talk every day. He\’s ready to work.”
